Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Biomedical Sales Engineer to join our team in the UAE. This role is pivotal in driving sales of our innovative medical equipment solutions specifically, opthalmology equipments and consumables. The ideal candidate must be currently in UAE and should possess a strong technical background in biomedical engineering, coupled with exceptional sales skills and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the medical equipment sector (specifically, opthalmology equipments and consumables).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals, emphasizing the benefits and features of our medical equipment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the purchasing process and post-sale support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network, promote our products, and stay informed about the latest advancements in medical technology.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our medical equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.

Requirements:

- Must be CURRENTLY in UAE
- Minimum 5 years UAE experience is a MUST.
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical equipment, specifically, opthalmology equipments and consumables.
- Strong technical knowledge of medical devices and an understanding of their clinical applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to understand and analyze customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track progress and manage relationships.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE and occasionally internationally for sales meetings and industry events.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
