JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation
• Perform full cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding Be a true Talent Partner to your respective business line(s) - not just execute, but consult, advice, coach, etc
• Perform extensive research on various portals
• Identify process for externally sourcing candidates through various channels.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• 3-6+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally, within top-tier tech companies or agencies
• Handle multiple projects and deadlines Skilled with modern tech sourcing and selection techniques
• Successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or agency recruiter with Crypto / Blockchain / Web3 experience
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
