JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Work towards achievement of the sales target for Building Automation Security (BMS, access Control) products in the specified location. Specifically, this involves regular interaction with partners, consultants and end-users.
- Manage channel partners in UAE and provide the needed support and avoid channel conflict.
- Qualify projects for direct execution.
- Respond to customers inquiries and coordinate internally to develop offers.
- Develop new channel partners.
- Responsible for Sales and orders and agreed targets
- Work with market stakeholders (consultants and key end-users, contractors) to ensure that Schneider Electric is the preferred vendor.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure benefiting of other BUs relationships in the market.
- Use SE CRM tool to efficiently manage opportunities & partners, and as a reporting tool.
- Manage Buildings – Transactional and Direct Sales business in the specified location through our BMS and Security partners there.
- Build strong pipeline and focus on customer meetings and follow up to close deals.
- Perform OI and Sales forecasting monthly, quarterly, yearly.

REQUIREMENTS

- Engineering (minimum bachelor’s degree) graduate.
- Knowledge of Building Automation systems is required. Knowledge of Security systems is an added advantage.
- Sales experience, through partners, direct projects.
- Contractual literature is a plus
- Gulf experience is a must, preferablly UAE experience.
- Great interpersonal skills is a must
- Demonstrate sales success in the Gulf.
