JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a dedicated team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Manage daily boutique operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and financial reporting.
* Develop and execute innovative marketing and visual merchandising strategies to enhance brand presence.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
* Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance and profitability.
* Communicate company set KPI's; identify and implement strategies to ensure performance standards are met for all the KPI's.
* Create and maintain a positive and professional team environment that fosters trust, integrity and superior performance standards, leading by example.
* Provide on-going training and development to the team in the area of operating standards, customer service and product knowledge.
* Resolves customer complaints and responds to comments in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
Requirements:* Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail store operations, managerial position within Beauty or Fashion.
* Experience in leading a team.
* Organizational, communication and time management skills.
* Ability to build working relationships.
* Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
* Arabic language is advantage.
