We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to join our team in Dubai.
As a Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence, driving consumer engagement, and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our product portfolio. Brand Manager - Key Responsibilities

Marketing:
- Develop and execute detailed marketing plans to achieve results.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, and promotions to inform brand strategy.
- Negotiate and secure exclusive offers, GWP, and promotional activities.
- Ensure promotions deliver maximum sales results.
- Manage POS materials and visual merchandising strategies, including planograms.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual A&P budgets.

Stocks:
- Maintain healthy stock levels suited to target markets.
- Oversee product registration, pricing updates, and code creation.
- Negotiate product volumes, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage ageing stock, and implement sell-through strategies.

Communication:
- Report brand performance to stakeholders with professional presentations.
- Plan and evaluate media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
- Liaise with media, suppliers, and internal teams for effective communication.

Suppliers:
- Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate agreements.
- Source product catalogues, POS materials, testers, and samples to support brand performance.
- Share brand insights with suppliers to align with business needs.

Sales:
- Set and achieve sales targets in coordination with suppliers and planners.
- Analyse financial reports and adjust buying decisions accordingly.

Staff:
- Train and support sales staff through regular visits and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Troubleshoot store and brand-related issues.
- Manage recruitment and monitor staff performance.

Other Duties:
- Maintain historical records and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Handle additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing within the cosmetics and skincare sector.
- Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Creative mindset with a passion for beauty and skincare products.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed for brand events and reginal meetings.
