JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

You will report to the Brand / Marketing Director and work closely with both the director and our in-house Sr. Graphic Designer and the social media team.
We currently have a small team and we’re looking to add a brand executive to help manage the day to day tasks and jobs that are required on a corporate level (the company itself) and restaurant level (each of our concepts).

The marketing / Branding department is the soul carrier of each of our restaurants and concepts. We produce material that include: menus, menu generation, reporting and sales analysis, marketing collateral, social content, print material, copy and content, concept generation and planning, annual and monthly strategies, etc…

Job Description
• Carry day to day updates for restaurants
• Conduct store visits, ensuring each restaurant is following brand guidelines
• Liaise with the PR and Social agencies, get releases sorted out, reviews, review content and ideas
• Brainstorm content – whether it’s for social or print and press
• Liaise with malls (Meraas, Emaar, etc…) they usually run their own competitions / campaigns / newsletters that will require us participating in
• Plan marketing calendars for each of the brands
• Researching concepts, ideas and new things that we can use at our restaurants
• Reporting: events / activities that were carried, sales and promotions

REQUIREMENTS

What we’re looking for
• Proactivity: think of new ideas and better ways to implement things at the restaurants
• Carrying trends and trendsetting: studying new trends and seeing whether we can adapt them or not. Coming up with our own trends
• Attention to detail: attention to detail is very important whether it comes to the food being served, the packaging, plate ware, staff uniform, 3rd party we’re using etc…
• Team player: we’re a small team and we want someone who’s ready to be part of the team, help in every possible way, happy to learn and share their experience with us
