JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Devices company who are hiring a Brand Marketing Manager - Eyewear to be based in Dubai .

Key aspects of the role include:
- Work closely with other members of the marketing team aligning on the development and implementation of marketing activities.
- Defines brand portfolio strategy and sets overall brand targets.
- Implement the marketing strategies, plans, and budget for the assigned product/brand.
- Developing business opportunities for the brand and building marketing strategies for the category.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients negotiating brand visibilities and trade investments.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive records of brand development work, communication, financial, and other official documents/resources.
- Participate in local buying and marketing events.
- Analyse/monitor overall brands/product performance.
Requirements:
To be successful you will need to meet the following:- Degree in Marketing or Business.
- Minimum 4 - 6 years' marketing experience.
- Proven working experience as a Brand Manager.
- Expert in Brand Development & Brand Building.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Arabic is a plus.
- Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
