Responsibilities
Our team plays an integral role in building a good reputation for TikTok LIVE, and forms an essential part of a connected and growing team in a global function. We are looking for an outstanding candidate to join us at TikTok MENA and help make an impact on our livestreaming business.
Responsibilities
Build end-to-end amplification plans (from research, design, to execution) that promote the positive impact of the livestreaming business models, by highlighting core TikTok and TikTok LIVE narratives through campaigns via on-platform tools
Develop positive creator acquisition plans and provide educational resources to help these creators improve the engagement on LIVE
Design and lead positive creator storytelling programs focused on content quality and community connection
Support Government Relations and other XFNs in conducting outreach to local stakeholders to collaborate on content strategies
Work with internal stakeholders across Government Relations, Marketing, Public Relations, Legal to drive plans for creator and product promotions/pitches etc.
Analyze and promote the department's work, successes, best practices, and key learnings to internal and external audiences through case studies and event participation
Support Government Relations and other XFNs to manage crises
Based in Dubai, with the opportunity to travel when the role requires
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor degree or above with 5+ years of work experience in tech product and reputation marketing and operations
High written and oral proficiency in Turkish and English is required to focus on the Turkish market
Experience in project design, including targeted audience segmentation
Deep understanding of the creator lifecycle - from onboarding to sustained community engagement
Experience in project execution through our owned and operated channels
Understanding of business priorities, including the ability to clearly articulate key issues, recommend solutions, and kick off projects to serve those core business priorities
Experience in copywriting and crisis management
Preferred qualifications
Passion for TikTok, LIVE streaming, mobile entertainment, and the creator economy
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, where organizational goals will evolve along with the pace of the business
Work in partnership effectively with people from different disciplines and cultures
Organizational skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with other stakeholder teams as well as senior leadership
