Employment: Full Time

• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with real estate brokers.
• Act as the main liaison between the company and brokers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely feedback.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of broker needs and expectations to enhance collaboration. In addition to clearing any issue between brokers and internal staff.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure brokers receive up-to-date and accurate information about our properties.
• Distribute marketing materials, floor plans, pricing details, and other relevant property information to brokers in coordination with marketing and sales team.
• Assist in organizing broker events, awards, presentations, and property tours to showcase our projects.
• Assist brokers in the sales process, including coordinating property showings, managing open houses, and facilitating client meetings.
• Provide brokers with necessary paperwork, contracts, and legal documents related to property transactions.
• Maintain a comprehensive and organized database of broker contacts, interactions, and feedback.
• Analyze broker performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay informed about real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments that may impact broker relations.
• Identify potential new broker partnerships and collaborate with management on expansion strategies.
• Conduct training sessions for brokers on our company's latest projects, sales processes, and unique selling points.
• Offer ongoing support and assistance to brokers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to promote our properties effectively.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Proven minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong broker relationships.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and sales processes.
• Strong organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for real estate and a customer-centric mindset.
