JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements and objectives.
• Analyze and translate business needs into detailed, clear, and actionable requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend potential solutions to address business challenges.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the organization.
• Conduct business process modeling and analysis to optimize workflows.
• Propose and implement process enhancements to increase productivity and effectiveness.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
Solution Design and Documentation:
• Conduct business case study and analysis in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements.
• Document functional specifications, use cases, and system requirements.
• Ensure clear and comprehensive documentation for future reference.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
• Plan and execute UAT activities to validate that solutions meet business needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure UAT success and issue resolution.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project objectives.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, presentations, and status updates.
• Assist in project planning, including scope definition, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
• Contribute to project documentation and reporting.
Vendor and Technology Evaluation:
• Assess and evaluate cloud service providers, technology solutions, and vendors to ensure they align with the organization's needs and objectives.
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud computing.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define criteria for vendor and technology selection.
• Prepare and present evaluation reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improvement in cloud services and technologies.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst role
• Bachelor’s degree in business, or Information Technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
• Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
