Description

* Lead on the collection and analysis of data from various departments, presenting findings and making recommendations to management
* Working with multiple departments to gather all required information for generating business and forecast reports, as required
* Reviewing processes to enhance reporting tools for effective decision-making
* Executing and implementing various projects at the direction of the Regional Director
* Creating and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for reporting purposes, escalating any significant performance concerns to the leadership
* Supporting the preparation of marketing materials to promote the work of the business
