Description
We are looking for experienced Business Analysts / Subject Matter Experts (8+ years) with strong expertise in the payments domain to join our team in the UAE.
(Must be currently based in the UAE.)
Requirements
Key responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payment systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and technology teams to design effective payment solutions.
- Work on FTS, SWIFT, WPS, Payment Hub systems and ensure smooth implementation.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, providing domain expertise and solution guidance.
- Support testing, validation, and production rollout of payment-related projects.
Required skills & experience:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / SME in payments.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of FTS, SWIFT, WPS, Payment Hub.
- Proven experience in banking/financial services environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
