Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Business Analyst to join our award-winning team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

This position is responsible for assisting the Division Leadership in reviewing and monitoring Annual Business Plans and providing support to Project Teams on Invoice Management, Revenue and Expense Analysis.

We envisage success in this role to include:

• Preparing annual budgets and forecasts, and monitoring progress against the same on a monthly basis.
• Preparing monthly financial reporting packs.
• Preparing adhoc financial reports as requested by Directors and Project Managers.
• Assisting project teams on invoice management, revenue and expense analyses.
• Providing support to project leaders in their review and analyses of project progress reports, labor reports, cost and expense reports.
• Monitoring cash collections (planned vs actual).
• Providing efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 7 years work experience in a financial audit, internal audit, or management accounting role of which at least 5 were preferably spent working in the Gulf region partnered with a bachelor degree in accounting, finance or any relevant degree.

Preference will be given to candidates with CPA, CMA, ACCA or MBA.

• Previous experience in the architecture, civil engineering or construction management industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Experience with automated accounting and financial management systems.
• Proven typing and keyboarding by touch skills - 10-key by touch data entry skills.
• Previous experience with Deltek Vision ERP system is preferred.
