Overview of the role
We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven aftersales business analyst to join our team at Al Futtaim Motors. In this role, you will facilitate data-driven analysis to identify opportunities, analyze, visualize, and deliver insights that will help serve the business and management better. You will be working closely with various departments to support the Toyota & Lexus aftersales operations and achieve targeted revenues and core KPIs.
What you will do
- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the business to management and key stakeholders with 100% accuracy.
- Generate analysis of business-specific reports and support the planning team and stakeholders to automate existing planning documents using Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI.
- Schedule, prepare, and arrange meetings with channels and key stakeholders to identify pain points with significant business impacts.
- Generate and analyze various business-specific reports and publish them to stakeholders.
- Create simulations of sales incentives as per the incentive policy and communicate the incentive breakdown to related stakeholders in sales, HR, finance, and accounts.
Required skills to be successful
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including 3 years in the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical and data-driven outlook with excellent planning and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and strong time management skills.
About the team
You will be part of the Toyota-Lexus aftersales team, working closely with the performance office, site management, HO management, brand and marketing team, finance, payroll team, and HR team. The team is dedicated to supporting the Toyota & Lexus operations and achieving targeted revenues and core KPIs.
