Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support customer journey mapping exercises for a financial services client.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable insights.
- Work closely with CRM and Martech teams to align business objectives with technical capabilities.
- Support workshops, stakeholder interviews, and documentation efforts throughout the engagement.
Requirements
Experience
5–7 years of solid, relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
Industry Knowledge
Strong familiarity with the financial services industry.
Technical Exposure
Hands-on experience working with CRM and Martech platforms.
Soft Skills
Proactive, collaborative, and approachable.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
Location & Availability
Available to work onsite in the UAE for the full 4-month duration.
Available to start by the last week of February.
