Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Newgen BPM platforms to support operational transformation and workflow automation initiatives within the banking domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for Newgen-based solutions
- Analyze and optimize banking workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Translate requirements into BRD, FRS, user stories, and process flows
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams
- Support workflow design, system integrations, UAT, and go-live activities
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
Requirements
Key Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Newgen platforms (iBPS, OmniDocs, BAM, O2MS, etc.)
- Strong banking domain knowledge (Lending, Trade Finance, Customer Onboarding)
- Experience in BPM, workflow automation, and process optimization
- Good understanding of system integrations and digital transformation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a relevant field. CBAP / Agile certification is a plus.
