JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- The Business Analyst is a specialized role within a squad, aiding Product Owners in Requirement Elicitation, documentation, and Product Backlog creation.
- They support Product Owners in day-to-day tasks but should not be mistaken for the Product Owner role. Their primary responsibility is to assist in Requirements Elicitation and act as Functional Test Leads.
- Review and approve all new Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) with stakeholders.
- Ensure timely creation of Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs) and set delivery timelines with vendors and platform owners.
- Regularly prioritize and publish the channel backlog.
- Conduct epic feature prioritization and customer Usability Testing workshops.
- Optimize testing efficiency using automated tools and scripts.
- Communicate the product release plan to all stakeholders.
- Perform comprehensive production sanity checks with pilot clients before launch.
- Take ownership of Technology Risks, Issues, Problem Tickets, Audit Issues, and Resiliency issues.
- Address Technical Debt in the business product within defined SLAs and timelines.

REQUIREMENTS

- Holds a Bachelor's degree in technology or engineering-related
- Brings 7 years of expertise in the regional banking industry, particularly in Digital Wealth Product delivery
- Capable of translating business discussions to technical teams and vice versa for business stakeholders
- Demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills
- Possesses excellent interpersonal communication skills with proficiency in spoken English
- Collaborates closely with relationship and coverage teams
- Exhibits the ability to think comprehensively and adopt a holistic approach
- Displays clear communication and articulation abilities.
