JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in EHS platforms and ServiceNow implementations to join our Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements are captured, documented, and delivered effectively.
Primary Skills
• Proficiency in EHS platforms (e.g., Enablon, Sphera, Intelex)
• Data visualization and reporting tools
• Secondary Skills
• Understanding of cybersecurity and IT risk principles
• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct workshops with EHS stakeholders to gather requirements
• Document business processes and translate them into functional specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate delivery of EHS requirements in ServiceNow
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and post-go-live adoption
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in EHS or ServiceNow implementations• Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards (ISO 45001, OSHA, ISO 14001)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
