JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Techno-functional role in
- Taleo, Seertech LMS, Oracle Performance management system
- Implementation project or support project
- Minimum of 1 end to end implementation project experience – Taleo implementation
- Minimum of 1 end to end implementation project experience – LMS implementation
Should have carried-out the following responsibilities
- Same as Oracle HCM Cloud
Should possess experience in the following modules
- Taleo – recruiting
- Seertech – Learning management system
- Oracle Performance management system
Technical expertise
- Integration using Taleo Connect Client
- BI Publisher – report development
- SQL & PL/SQL
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Expertise:
- At least 3 years of experience in Seertech LMS applications.
- At least 3 years of experience in Oracle Taleo applications.
- At least 3 years of experience in Oracle Performance Management applications.
- At least 3 years of experience in OTBI, BI Publishers, Infolets and other HR dashboards.
- Should have sound knowledge in integration TCC, SFTP and data loading.
- Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.
- At least 1 Taleo implementation life cycle.
- At least 1 LMS implementation life cycle.
