JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Job description :-

- Possessing adequate knowledge of operating systems, devices, business application software.
- Good knowledge of could base and on-prim applications.
- Identifying and resolving technical and functional issues on various business applications
- Managing support requests from business users, identify root cause, and provide functional resolutions within the SLA and report to Product managers.
- Managing application configurations under the supervision of Product managers and make necessary changes applicable.
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
- Assisting with systems integrations and regular monitoring of production systems
- Managing coordination with product support team from vendors wherever required and track to closure.
- Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business
- Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization's systems
- Developing reports for teams across the business

Preferred Qualification :-

- Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering, or Bachelor of Computer Applications or MCA

Preferred Experience :-

- Preferred minimum 3 years experienced candidates on Business Application support
