JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Perform a comprehensive functional assessment to identify common and redundant work processes and suggest an optimize business processes to avoid duplicated functionalities in the new solution.
• Consultant should be managing the consultancy services for Roads projects processes & management with the client business and IT teams .
• Consultant should manage & highlight any scope deviation conflicts or discussions with the client after BRD is signed based on domain knowledge.
• Guide team on Submission of all business and technical documentation for the various project stages.
• To study and assess the current Roads processes against the best practice of managing Roads projects and submit detailed Business Requirements and specifications documents.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience of minimum 8-10 years in managing & implementing the standardization of the road processes.
• Consultant is required at Onsite Dubai for 1 Year+ and can be extended to 2 years based on project schedule.
• It would be an added advantage if person is Arabic speaking.
• Relevant certificate in roads process management would be an advantage.
• Candidate ready to work as onsite consultant for 2 years project will also be considered.
