JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Works on assignment or other fee-earning activity usually in a team or with on-site supervision.
- May lead small teams or supervise client staff.
- May provide support input to team selling activities.
- Most consultants will operate in a typical assignment context but there will be others who apply particular specialties, such as specific scientific/technological skills or creative skills, in an assignment support role.
REQUIREMENTS
- An academic degree at Masters level/ or technical degree at bachelors level , with excellent results.
- Thesis work within areas such as strategy, finance, transformation, IT, Energy, audit, operational excellence, supply chain management and/or people- and HR management.
- Consulting work experience in strategy, organisational development, IT, Finance, Energy, process development , systems development, change management and program management.
