JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Administration/Coordinator
Dubai – 10k per month

For a cosmetics company in Dubai, we are looking for a highly organized coordinator who has a great eye for detail and excellent time management skills. Must be fluent in English and have excellent analytical and problem solving ability. Good knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP. Must be comfortable working with data in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships. In this role you will be responsible for the sales and purchase coordination and administration of a busy department. Dealing directly with buyers, making credit notes, dealing with stock levels, providing monthly reports, and liaising with logistics on shipments and claims. This is a comprehensive role for a capable person, dealing with launches, pricing, reports, stock, imports, exports etc.

Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

This role is requires a ‘can do’ attitude and high levels of initiative.
