JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The Business Development Account Manager (BDAM) will work with a retention and growth target across both core and emerging sectors in Middle East including Healthcare, Education, human services and other sectors.
- Accountable for 2025 personal retention and growth target within a designated set of accounts
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share
- Comfortable on the phone and able to develop and nurture existing customer relationships
- Identify growth opportunities via phone / social media activity
- Provides periodic sales team support and processes with larger key clients
- Hybrid role, 3 days Dubai office, 2 days remote. The role will also involve occasional travel within Middle and Far East.
Requirements:
- A Levels of regional equivalent- 2 years in business development role, ideally within CPI core markets
- PC Literate, familiar with sales processes & self -starter
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
- Able to demonstrate ability to communicate with different contacts within account base
- Belief that all business opportunities start with knowledge of how to create value for a customer
- Excellent verbal and written communication & analytical skills including presentation to groups
Salary:
AED
20,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
