Business Development & Operations Lead | Uniform Company (UAE)
Key Responsibilities
* Set up and run the uniform business from scratch
* Make independent operational and commercial decisions
* Manage suppliers, factories, and production
* Own costing, pricing, and profit margins
* Oversee day-to-day operations and deliveries
* Ensure compliance with UAE regulations
Requirements
* 5+ years’ experience in uniforms/garments/textiles (UAE)
* Strong knowledge of production, sourcing, and quality control
* Proven experience with pricing, costing, and margin setting
* Familiar with UAE business laws and licensing
* Independent, reliable, and does not require micromanagement
Requirements:
* Must have experience in Business Development* Need to Build From the Scratch
* Need have Good Communication
* Candidate Will be Working in the Uniform/garment /Textile Industry
* Good opportunity and better growth
* Will be handling end to end process
Salary:
AED
15,000 to 18,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
