We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This role is pivotal in supporting our business development efforts and facilitating the growth of our operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a keen interest in the construction sector. You will work closely with senior management to identify new business opportunities, enhance client relationships, and contribute to our strategic goals. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals and tenders for construction projects.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Maintain and update the client database, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Support the Business Development team in organizing and attending industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposals and presentations.
- Prepare and distribute reports on business development progress and market trends.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional content for business initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications with prospective clients.
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Monitor competitor activities and report findings to the Business Development Manager.

Requirements:
- Driving license mus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development or administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of the construction market and industry trends in Abu Dhabi.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create professional proposals and reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
- A passion for the construction industry and eagerness to learn and grow within the field.

Salary:
AED 2,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
