We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our recruitment business in the region. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and competitive industry while developing valuable skills in sales and business development.

- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the recruitment industry within the UAE market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand market trends, client requirements, and industry developments to effectively pitch recruitment services.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.
- Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.

AED 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in the recruitment industry or related B2B services.
- Familiarity with the recruitment industry, including an understanding of talent acquisition, staffing, and HR solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at various organizational levels.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for driving business growth and seizing new opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Fluency in Russian is required, and knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
