We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Consultant to join our consulting firm in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth for the company. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the consulting industry.

- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the consulting industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's client base and market presence.
- Collaborate with the consulting team to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and the clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.


- Proven experience in business development, sales, or consulting roles, preferably within the consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of the consulting industry, including market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications would be a plus.
