We represent a recruitment company from the UAE and would like to discuss a Director - Commercial & Business Development (Real Estate) with one of our client based in Abu Dhabi. Details of the role are as below:

Position : Director - Commercial & Business Development
Company : A leading Holding co – Real-estate division
Job location : Abu Dhabi

• Commercial Strategy
• Develop a commercial strategy aligned with the overall business goals, identifying market opportunities, target segments, and competitive positioning.

Business Development
• New Projects Sourcing, Conceptualization, Assessment and Planning
• Sales Leadership
• Marketing and Branding
• Strategic Partnerships
• Prepare business proposals for joint ventures, partnerships, and collaborations with external parties.
• Outreach to potential partners and or strategic investors for land plots and/or commercial assets.
• Negotiate partnerships and collaborations terms.
• Support with investors and partners’ requests and requirements.
• Participate in relevant exhibitions and events to promote the company's activities.
• Strategy Implementation
• Coordinate and manage internal teams and external consultants to deliver projects in line with the approved strategy.
• Identify areas of unsatisfactory performance and implement corrective measures and potential performance improvement opportunities promptly.
• Update Business Plans based on ongoing internal and external changes, detailing impact on financials and funding.
• Track and report on the Business Development budget, projects progress, and achievements monthly to enable management to make decisions.
• Handover projects to development team upon completion of business development activities.
• Update feasibility studies as projects are launched and progress to monitor performance vs initial approvals.

• A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
