JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Business Development Director position for the Travel, Hospitality, Leisure & Tourism Industry.
This candidate will be reporting directly to the VP of Business Development and be responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies, forecasting and driving the sales team to achieve the targets. The position requires the candidate to have hands on experience in contacting distributors and analyzing data to evaluate sales statistics and customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be responsible of acquiring new business as well as key account management.
REQUIREMENTS
The applicant will require a minimum of 8+ years Tourism or Destination Management experience. The successful candidate must be experienced in networking and business development within a Destination Management Company, Global Hotel Chain or Travel Industry (Tour Operator). The role will provide competitive salary package. The candidate must hold an bachelors or Masters degree and have a wealth of UAE experience.
