JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are a prestigious Financial and Marketing Company based in the heart Dubai. We are looking to recruit due to rapid growth and expansion. This role will appeal to an ambitious candidate who enjoys the challenge of developing new business. We are looking for people who have a solid sales background within Telesales and Account Management.
Duties will include cold calling, working to targets, following up leads from marketing campaigns and booking appointments. You must possess a high level of communication skills both face to face and over the phone. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a young and vibrant individual.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of at least 12 months experience in a face to face or telephony based role
- Desire to succeed with an efficient work ethic is essential
- Proven track record of Sales and Customer Service orientation
- The ability to work to deadlines/targets
- Understanding and delivery of requirements to maintain competency
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong negotiation skills
- Demonstrate the ability work as part of a team
Applicants that are of British, American, Canadian, European, African and GCC locals will be considered for this position. Arabic speakers would be advantageous.
