JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking for a Business Development Executive to join our team.
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by generating qualified opportunities that consistently convert into revenue and she should be:
• Utilizing various communication methods, including phone, email, and in-person visits, to establish relations and secure accounts with relevant companies
• Research companies and generate leads
• Attend industry trade shows to identify potential clients and establish valuable networking contacts
• Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
• Meet and exceed sales goals and targets
• Maintain relations with new accounts and collaborate with other departments to address all customer concerns
• Compile reports detailing activities, communications, and successes
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Plus Commission

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• Strong business development acumen, with a comfort level and the ability to develop new business and meet with existing and potential customers daily
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with a wide range of people, teams, managers, supervisors, and vendors. Ability to build and maintain trust-based internal and external relationships
• Ability to adequately understand and communicate operations within the Business Unit including Pre-Construction, Project Management, and Field Operations
• Ability to successfully lead, coach, and develop others (Sr. Role Only)
• Ability to review blueprints, specifications, proposals, plans, and drawings Experience & Education
• 2 years of previous experience in a sales role is required, with experience in the construction industry strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Must have a UAE driving license
