JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
This opportunity is with a leading packaging solutions provider, known for delivering high-quality products and innovative services across multiple regions.
In this position you would be responsible for the following:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting industries that require packaging solutions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Generate leads, prepare sales presentations, and conduct meetings to showcase the company’s offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met with the highest level of service.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
- Regularly update CRM with sales activities and client information to maintain an organized pipeline.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in packaging or a related industry.- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
