Business Development Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Charterhouse is working in partnership with a luxury manufacturer of consumer goods, who are looking to hire a Business Development Executive to join their Dubai team.

The Business Development Executive will play an instrumental role in driving growth and expanding the business’ market presence in the region by proactively identifying and acquiring business opportunities as well as managing existing accounts through outdoor sales. The role will be focused on building relationships, providing exceptional service and tailored solutions, while also supporting the overall sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with a strong network of real estate developers, designers and specifiers.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for enhancing brand engagement by coordinating experiential events and providing product training to relevant stakeholders to ensure they are familiarised with the product offerings. Additionally, the role will require analysing competitor offerings and market positioning to identify strategic brand advantages.

Requirements:
To be considered for the role, the successful candidate will be degree educated with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields, along with at least 2 years of outdoor sales experience and strong experience in driving growth through business development and account management. The ideal candidate will have experience a similar high-end consumer goods industry, coupled with an existing B2B network.

Our client is looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and preferably Arabic as well, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities. Proactive, results-oriented and self-starting individuals will thrive in this role. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events across the UAE is essential, along with a valid UAE driving license.
