JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Healthcare Business Development / Client Relations professional with strong exposure to the Abu Dhabi healthcare market. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge of healthcare operations, a strong client network, and a proven ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and expand business opportunities within the Abu Dhabi healthcare sector
• Leverage existing client networks to generate new business and partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare stakeholders
• Understand healthcare market dynamics, regulations, and operational workflows
• Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets
• Represent the organization in client meetings, negotiations, and industry interactions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field• Master’s degree or healthcare-related certifications will be an added advantage
• Mandatory experience in the Abu Dhabi healthcare sector
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and local market dynamics
• Established client network within hospitals, clinics, or healthcare groups
• Proven track record of achieving business or revenue targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven approach
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
