Nbiz Infosol is an information solutions provider focused in the areas of information security, infrastructure, and health and safety consultancy.
The role is a business development/sales executive where you are expected to generate revenues for the company and also support Nbiz's products and services.
Responsibilities
- Execute IMS consultancy sales (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, FSMS).
- Provide instruction and support to all IMS related projects.
- Perform sales for ISO consultation, documentation implementation, and trainings.
- Perform sales for EHSMS consultation, documentation, IMS and HSE awareness trainings.
- Generate your own leads and contacts to develop the market segment and growth.
- Market and sell different products and services of Nbiz Infosol pertaining to the job role as indicated above.
- Meet different prospects and clients to demonstrate and present Nbiz's products and services, understand their business requirements, prepare proposals and quotations wherever applicable, and follow up accordingly.
- Attend to tenders and requests (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, etc.) on a demand basis.
- Prepare content or presentations to suit client requirements and present them to fulfill client expectations.
- Cross-sell lead auditors, technical PMP, CISA, and technical infrastructure projects in IT/InfoSec systems domain wherever applicable.
- Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress, and suggest new strategies based on findings.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and represent in a professional manner at all times.
- Liaise with other members of the sales team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information, and increase professionalism.
- Maintain regular contact with key clients and provide support in the absence of other employees.
- Be expert level in MS Office, Acrobat Professional, CorelDRAW, and similar packages.
- Familiarize yourself with all products, training manuals, and Nbiz services.
- Conduct trainings for the above products to create market awareness when required.
- Communicate clearly with business users, both verbally and in writing; communication should be precise, official, and in good English.
- Possess process knowledge pertaining to IMS; any auditor, lead auditor, or awareness presentations on health and safety related aspects will be considered positive.
- Work with a good attitude, multitask effectively, and cooperate with other team members and colleagues for official duties.
- Help the organization grow to a better level of maturity.
