Business Development Executive - Construction Software

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executives to promote a cloud-based software catering to the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achievement of corporate sales in the UAE and specifically in Dubai.

The Jobholder will be responsible for the following:
- Fully understanding the functionality of the software, its features, benefits and limitations.
- Preparing target market list for approval by management
- Arranging appointments to visit leading players in the construction industry in the UAE including real estate developers, Engineering consultants, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
Generate sales exceeding monthly targets by meeting clients, presenting and making demo of the software, making price proposals, and closing contracts
- Supporting the onboarding process of clients and ensuring that they make full benefit of the software
- Making regular visits to clients to ensuring that their requirements are met

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 5 years experience in the UAE in the corporate sales in the construction industry, preferably in software sales
- Proven track record of corporate sales achievements
- Minimum bachelors degree from a reputable university in a relevant field
- In depth knowledge of the UAE construction sector
- Strong negotiations skills
- Strong understandings of technology and software
- Team Player
