JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Identify and engage corporate and individual clients interested in property registration services in Dubai and the UAE.
- Present the company's property registration services to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Conduct market analysis and strategic development such as the creation of effective business development strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of property registration processes including opening of Escrow accounts, property sale registration, property mortgage registration, transfer of property, among others.
- Achieve sales targets, identify upselling opportunities, and implement effective sales strategies to contribute to the company's overall revenue goals.

Salary: up to 10K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus commissions

About the Client:
A leading provider of professional real estate registration services in Dubai.

Qualifications:
- Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities
- 25 to 40 years old
- Minimum of 1 year UAE relevant experience in selling property registration services

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
