JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Business Development Executive specializing in freelance platforms, you will lead and manage our agency's presence on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others. Your primary focus will be on generating revenue through the sale of our custom application development services, including multi-platform development (web, iOS, and Android), Serverless Application Development, Microservice Application Development, AI and ML Application Development, Block Chain Application Development, AWS Cloud services, On-Premises Infrastructure Development, Big Data, and Data Warehousing.

Key Responsibilities:
Freelance Platform Management:
- Lead and manage our agency's profiles on freelancing platforms.
- Strategically bid on projects, ensuring a high success rate.
- Write compelling offers and cover letters to attract clients.

Client Communication:
- Effectively communicate with clients on various freelancing platforms.
- Provide detailed and accurate quotations based on client requirements.

Revenue Generation:
- Achieve revenue targets through successful project acquisitions.
- Explore and capitalize on business opportunities within the freelance market.
- Promote and sell our custom application development services.
- Showcase expertise in various technology domains to potential clients.

Client Relation Management:
- Maintain positive client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ensure on-time delivery of projects and exceed client expectations.

Platform Ratings and Reviews:
- Manage and maintain high ratings on freelancing platforms.
- Proactively address client feedback and concerns to uphold a positive reputation.

Technological Expertise:
- Leverage strong technological knowledge to articulate our services effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in relevant technologies.

Digital Marketing and Lead Generation:
- Implement digital marketing strategies to enhance our visibility on freelancing platforms.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful projects.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of agency management experience on freelancing platforms.
- Strong technological knowledge in AWS cloud, Web Development, Mobile Application Development, AI, ML, RPA, Block Chain, etc.
- Experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
- Proven track record in business development with a target-driven approach.
