JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Do you have a passion for sales, meeting with people and ready to work in a fast paced environment?
Due to rapid growth, Parker Consult is looking for a confident well spoken candidate who will be responsible for building new clients and maintaining long-lasting relationships with assigned existing clients.
The key responsibilities & duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Building ongoing relationships with selected existing clients, identifying and opening up incremental revenue opportunities
- Developing relationships with corporate companies, and with corporate clients requiring staff globally.
- Achieving agreed sales targets within existing accounts
- Being able to capture feedback and build relationships with clients, over the phone and in person, if required
- Developing new contacts from within targeted prospects
- Managing and updating the client database with profiling data
- Developing and coordinating sales and client documents
- Assisting with client reporting contact reports, status reports, activity reports etc.
- Assisting with new business pitches
- Participating in team meetings; contributing ideas to capture client buy-in.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in sales/telemarketing / lead generation / account management
- A graduate degree, or equivalent, preferred
- Proven record of client relationship building, establishment and maintenance
- Interviewing/listening skills, able to quickly assimilate and summarize information
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients and colleagues over the telephone, email, in person
- Able to quickly establish a rapport and maintain and sustain this over time
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and multi-task
- Flexible approach to change priorities in accordance with client and team needs
- Commercially minded, able to see opportunities and possibilities
- Able to interact and deal with people from all levels of the organization and all backgrounds
- Westerner/ Arab
