JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, a leading recruitment solutions provider in the Middle East is urgently looking for a highly driven Sales and Business Development Consultant - HR to join their Sales team.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Generating prospective customers through cold calling and following up on qualified and non-qualified leads
- Spending most of your time making outbound calls to ensure every opportunity to maximize sales revenues is covered
- Attend meetings with decision?makers across the UAE and occasionally in other countries in the region
- Maintaining high levels of prospecting activity and quickly establishing credibility and trusted relationships with prospective customers
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales target revenue by making significant outbound telephone sales calls to target new clients
- Persistently follow up on leads, including liaising with multiple stakeholders in HR, Finance, Procurement and Top-Management to close the sale
- Working with an inside sales team in coordinating various sales activities
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, the candidate needs to meet the following criteria:
- University degree, in any subject.
- Fluency in English
- Solid experience of outbound telesales, cold-calling and generating revenue from new clients
- Strong verbal and written communication/phone skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets
The successful candidate will enjoy an attractive tax-free compensation package plus monthly commission.
