JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

My client is a multi-national provider of data services for the global commodities markets, delivering price assessments, analysis and market outlooks for various different end users.

They now have an exciting new role available for a Business Development Manager, to manage existing customers and develop new accounts within the GCC and Africa from the office in the UAE.

Duties:
- Managing existing accounts with Oil & Gas related end users
- Attend potential customer meetings to sell the company products and services
- Drive sales growth within the Middle East and Africa regions, opening new business opportunities
- Build customer portfolio and maintain up to date records on company database
- Gather market knowledge within the Energy sectors in order to strategically plan future sales
- Develop knowledge of the company's products in order to understand customer requirements

REQUIREMENTS

- 3 to 5 years experience in a B2B environment, selling product solutions
- Essential exposure to the Middle East Oil & Gas/Energy markets
- Excellent verbal communication skills and face-to-face presentations
- Experience in handling complex contract and sales negotiations
- Arabic Language essential, as well as excellent English communicator
- MS Office and CRM working knowledge
