JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
There is an opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a subsidiary within the ATI group.
The position reports directly to the General Manager and the responsibility of the successful candidate is to build and develop a continual sales pipeline for the business, including all B2B and B2C clients.
It is essential that the successful candidate has a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience of pharmaceutical sales, within the UAE and has a strong knowledge and understanding of the medical sector.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all business development and corporate solutions sales
- Present services to all customers and attend and host field events such as; conferences and seminars
- To build effective and long lasting relationships with both B2B and B2C clients
- To work in partnership with the GM to build new business streams and to contribute to the overall success of the business
- To ensure that the clients' and the business needs are met, the Business Development Manager will liaise regularly with all members of the team
REQUIREMENTS
- The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with a proven track record in pharmaceutical hospital sales
- Be confident in communicating with senior hospital management, with outstanding relationship building skills
- Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses
- Organised and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative, smart and adaptive approaches
- Willing to cover a sales territory, with a valid driving license and personal car
- Arabic speaking would be advantageous, however not essential
