JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
An established and fast-growing manufacturer of high-quality landscaping concrete products based in Sharjah, and servicing high-end medium to large scale developments all around the UAE market, looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help expand company clientele.
• She/He will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
• The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction and prepare business reports as assigned by the managing director.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Skills
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales manager or a relevant role.
• Full depth of knowledge in the construction industry, specifically with real estate major developers and engineering consultancy practices in UAE and GCC states.
• Part-time candidate will also be considered.
• Proven sales track record.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate strongly with principals
• Ability to build rapport.
• Time management and planning skills.
• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field. Engineering/technical background will be a preference.
• UAE D/L.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
