Employment: Full Time

Business Development Manager - HR Outsourcing

As a Business Development Manager based in Dubai, your main responsibilities include:
• Identifying new sales leads and generating business from multinational companies as well as small to medium size enterprises to achieve sales targets
• Generating leads by the means of market mapping, attending exhibitions and seeking references from existing clients
• Undertake presentations to and negotiations with prospective customers
• To work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors
• Identifying and understanding a prospective client’s needs and work closely with the expert operations teams to deliver against those needs
• Influencing and networking with current and prospective clients to build relationships at a senior/decision making level
• Making recommendations to clients in GCC region regarding the approach and the candidates available to best meet their requirement
• Working independently in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
• Attending and hosting networking events
• Proactively working towards weekly and monthly sales targets
• Build profitable sales by employing a consultative and creative sales approach tailored to each client’s business
• Track own lead generation and ensure a healthy sales pipeline through the company’s CRM system
• Enhancing own development by taking responsibility for staying informed and up to date with industry knowledge
• Account planning in order to develop new business opportunities within client accounts
• Prepare commercials and proposals based on client’s requirements
• Respond to RFI's and RFP's with the support of operation and sales support teams

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate must have:

Hard Skills:
• 3 - 8 Years proven work experience as a Business Development /Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role; in UAE or GCC Region
• Solid experience using CRM software and MS Office
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions
• Proven ability to juggle multiple opportunities/projects at one time, while maintaining a sharp attention to detail
• MSc / MBA / BA/ BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field

• Should be self-motivated, driven, methodical and enthusiastic individual
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Excellent communicator and listener
• Equally comfortable working as part of a team or autonomously
• Highly organized with a good attention to detail
• Ability to interact and operate with all levels of a business
• Be driven and carry a desire to succeed and achieve the best
• Motivated by sales results
• A self-starter who can spot new opportunities
