JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Build solid business plans for each new course
- Execute in time, monitor, adjust and report
- Manage relations with key “presenters”
- Guarantee customers’ satisfaction
- Delivery of courses on-time, as per agreed plan
- Turnover generated
- Profit generated
- Customers’ satisfaction (students)

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree in: (or/and)
- Business Administration
- Equivalent
- Project Management
- Experience in Sales
- Experience in MNC: processes, work culture
- Work in a multi-cultural team
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing a team
- Building a business plan
- Managing a Project
- Sales & Marketing
- Planning including Gant charts, retro planning
- Basic finance knowledge: P&L, cash flow
- Basic legal contract structure knowledge
- Presentation

- Reliability
- Arabic native
- English fluent, good written skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
