JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for an energetic, and innovative Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele.

You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Lead sourcing for businesses who are looking for crypto exchange (OTC services) as well as Crypto payment solutions (UAE market)
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Manage deals negotiations and successful closing
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: commission

REQUIREMENTS

• BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field
• Minimum 4 years of local experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role focused on selling technology solutions to private sector
• Proven sales track record
• Excellent communication skills both speaking and writing (Arabic & English)
• FinTech Knowledge & experience working with Start-up
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Market knowledge (crypto, blockchain) is a plus
