JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Identify potential customers and establish new business relationship to secure new business in line with the company strategy.
• Manage key customer accounts, focus on targeted opportunities, and promote the company’s products.
• Provide accurate short- and long-term sales forecasts and present the insights to the management.
• Achieve sales objectives and targets in accordance with the marketing plan.
• Provide valuable input in the Marketing and company brands promotion.
• Develop tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
• Collate market, product and competitor analysis and engage with Managers in broader organizational strategic planning.
• Communicate and embody the company vision and values.
• Coach and train the team to help achieve individual, team and organization target and objectives.
• Define and implement policies and performance standards for the business development team.
• Manage budget, profit and loss statements and account for costs and revenues.
