Position Title: Business Development Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A technology driven engineering group with expertise in different sectors such as aerospace, electronics, land systems and marine industries
Job Description:
• Prepare a business development strategy to identify and map business strengths, past trends, current market dynamics and customer needs to improve market share
• Research and identify new business opportunities - including growth areas, new customers, partnerships, or new ways of reaching the markets to develop a viable income stream
• Identify industry technology & business trends and map to customer needs to build short-term to long-term opportunities/pipelines
• Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure service sales and profitability, analyze business developments, and monitor market trends
• Develop an excellent relationship with key customers by establishing a standard set of goals and objectives linked to the projects’ plans and focus on maximizing value and execution
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to any nationality
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / ICT / Engineering, or related fields
• At least 5 years in the field of Urban Mobility and Smart City Solutions sales/pre-sales/account management within the UAE
• Arabic speaker is an advantage
• Market Knowledge: Knowledge and network of target customer, industry, territory, etc
• Ability to draw meaningful insights and inferences to build business plans & proposal
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
