JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

My client are a leading UAE retailer and regional distributer of high-end products.

Due to extensive growth they are looking for an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to help them expand their clientele across the region. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective expansion of sales strategy through new customers unlocking new channels such as stores & FMCG.

The goal is to drive in the GCC sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients, training them and their teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implementing strategy per brand by customers.
• Identifying rising business opportunities and building long-term relationships with prospects.
• Creating product/brand offers customized by the client.
• Unlocking new accounts, territories, and channels within the area of business.
• Drive the end-to-end sales process: signing of contractd > process of the orders and training the teams
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
• Defining T&C with new customers in agreement with Finance.
• Full assistance with the orders and sharing suggestions for in-store/online brand visibility solutions.
• Monthly financial sales overview and annual budgeting for the new businesses.
• Working on growth strategy for all new clients

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Business Development manager or sales executive looking to grow into a more senior position.
• Proven sales track record
• Min 3+ years experience in business development
• Ideal experience in retail or distribution
